SQL Audit - Security Audit Log - Login Failures -

need some guidance please.

Encountering below message in a SQL Server (2016 & 2019) - Audit - Security Audit Log - Login Failure. The SQL Server Error Log does not show any Login Failures.

The CLIENT is the SQL Server Instance.

Appreciate any direction to resolve or eliminate, Thank You!
